Nicaragua Jinotega

Different from other Medium Roasts, which tend to be more sweeter, this Nicaragua has hints of chocolate and almond in its taste.  Surprisingly a low acidic coffee that you you don’t tend to find in Central American coffees. So, if you are looking for a good “go to” cup of Joe, Nicaragua is your best bet.

Nicaragua coffee comes from two main regions:  Matagalpa and Jinotega, The taste and quality is identical between them. The Jinotega is the Los Papales Estate.
