Shipping Policy

If we have product on hand, we will ship the next day after receiving the order. Currently, for all other products not available, we will ship on Friday. We will contact you if we don’t have the product on hand and notify of the expected delivery time.

Coffee and Accessory Returns Policy

We pay for shipping if you are not completely in love with whatever you purchase from us. If you’re not completely enamored with whatever you bought from us, please call us at 331-225-6672 and request a refund. We’ll ship you a return label and upon receiving your returned product we will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the product.

Once we receive your return package it will be inspected and a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued. Also, please be sure to package the item in the same way you received it. If you’d like to use your own shipping method to return the item please make sure to insure it for the value of the refund you are expecting. If the shipment arrives at our warehouse damaged we may not be able to give you a full refund.
