Costa Rica El Conquistador

The coffee comes from the Minita farm, in the Dota micro-region of Tarrazu, which has very high altitudes and excellent conditions for growing coffee.  The estate provides oversight on the quality and processing of this bean.  The farm does the milling on site rather than sending the beans to to a community setting.  The bean size is smaller than most Costa Rica coffee. Coffee is packaged in a 12 oz. bag.
