The Clever gives you complete control over the coffee brewing experience. Its patented stopper allows you to control the steep time that delivers full extraction (á la French press), while the filter leaves a sediment-free cup with easy clean-up (just like a drip coffee maker).

The Clever not only improves your coffee quality, but it’s also one of the simplest brewing methods you’ll find. We’ve broken it down into five easy steps:

STEP 1: PLACE IT (Place a pre-moistened #4 coffee filter into Clever)
STEP 2: FILL IT (Fill Clever with pre-measured coffee grounds)
STEP 3: POUR IT (Pour hot water over coffee grounds)
STEP 4: TIME IT (Time to 4 minutes)
STEP 5: SET IT (Set the Clever on top of your coffee cup and let it drip)

Cleaning is just as easy: dump out the filter and rinse clean. (Although regular cleaning with soap and water is suggested.)

The Clever is extremely flexible and can go with you wherever you are: work, business trip, camping, or a weekend getaway. All you need is coffee, hot water and, of course, a cup.

• How much coffee will the Clever make?

An 18 oz. Clever makes about 16 oz. of coffee when filled ¼” below rim.

•  Is it BPA free?

The Clever is an extremely durable, titanium material that’s BPA free.

• Will the Clever fit my favorite coffee cup?

The dripper will fit on cups and thermoses with tops wider than 1.5″ and less than 3.75″ in diameter.

•  Is the Clever dishwasher safe?

Do not use the Clever in the dishwasher or microwave. It’s designed to be easily cleaned by hand.
